Please cancel or reschedule in advance. We do not currently charge a no-show fee. Ask the studio if you need to change your appointment.
Prepaid services and completed visits are generally non-refundable. If we cancel your appointment, we will refund any amount you prepaid for that visit. Unused gift card balances follow the gift card terms on the purchase page.
Services are provided in person at our location on the day of your appointment. We do not ship physical goods. Gift cards are electronic and delivered immediately by email or text. You can also pick one up at the front desk.
