What is hard about this work
Consent forms before every treatment
Botox, filler, laser, microneedling — every visit needs a fresh consent form. Most generic schedulers force this onto a clipboard or a separate form provider.
Package math that mixes services
A "Brilliant Distinctions" or in-house med-spa package might bundle 3 facials + 2 laser sessions. Tracking which sessions are used and which are pending across customers is messy without first-class package support.
Premium-tier pricing pressure
Boulevard at $176-455/mo per location and Mindbody Ultimate at $499 are designed for chains. A single-location med spa pays the chain price for one-location functionality.
Phone bookings from price-shoppers
Med spa leads call to ask "how much for filler?" If the front desk is in a treatment room, the lead waits or gives up.
How Kuee solves it
Custom consent and intake forms per service
Build a Botox consent form, a filler consent form, and a laser screening — each auto-attached to the relevant service. Customers e-sign on iPad before the appointment starts.
Series and bundle packages with mixed services
Define a package with multiple service types (3× HydraFacial + 2× Laser) and decrement them independently. Track expiration, refunds, and transfers per session.
AI phone receptionist for price-shoppers
The AI handles "how much is filler?" with your configured price answers, checks consultation availability, and books a consult — without a human picking up.
One transparent multi-location price
$129/mo Team plus $69/mo per extra location. A 3-location med spa pays $267/mo all-in vs $880-1,820/mo on Boulevard.
Stripe Terminal with tap-to-pay and card-on-file
Tap-to-pay for tips and walk-ins; card-on-file for package customers; tip reporting for injectors' commission.
Recommended plan
Kuee Team
$129/moMost med spas have 3+ injectors and grow to 2+ locations. Team at $129/mo is sized for that — multi-location ready, 2,000 SMS, and the same AI features.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kuee HIPAA compliant?
Kuee follows the same Supabase-on-AWS data architecture used by HIPAA-eligible workloads, but Kuee does not currently offer a signed BAA out of the box. For clinics that bill insurance and require a BAA, contact us before signing up — we evaluate BAA requests case-by-case.
How are consent forms different from regular intake forms?
Each consent form template can be tied to a specific service (Botox, laser, microneedling) and auto-prompts the customer at booking or check-in. The signed form is timestamped and stored in the customer profile.
Can I track series packages across services?
Yes. A package can include any combination of services with their own session counts. The customer sees their remaining balance per service in the booking flow.
How does Kuee compare to Boulevard for a single-location med spa?
Boulevard Essentials starts at $176/mo per location. Kuee Team is $129/mo and includes AI phone, AI marketing, and the package module. For a 1-location med spa, the workflow gap is mostly visual polish — not feature depth.
Does Kuee integrate with EMR systems?
Kuee exposes a REST API and webhooks for syncing customer profiles and appointments to external EMR or billing systems. Direct integration with major EMRs (eClinicalWorks, NextGen) is on the roadmap; case-by-case integration support is available.
