Comms from $10, add texts and AI calls as you need them
A base comms fee comes with every phone number. Text packs and AI call packs are sold separately, so if you only text, you only buy a text pack.

Pricing questions
Who counts as a therapist?
Anyone clients can book: therapists, estheticians and other providers. Owner, admin, front-desk and reporting logins are free and don't count.
What happens after the first month?
Your plan starts at the price you picked. Phone and text usage is billed as you go, from the first day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When you add more therapists than your plan covers, you move up to the next plan. The new price applies from then on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Kuee bills monthly, so there is no contract or lock-in.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Kuee charges no booking commission. Card payments run on Fiserv CardPointe or Stripe. With Fiserv you get interchange-plus pricing, and we offer a free rate comparison: send us your current processing statement and we'll show you a side-by-side quote. If switching doesn't save you money, we'll tell you.
How is the AI receptionist billed?
Opening a number comes with a base comms fee of $10 a month: 1 phone number plus base AI call minutes and texts. Text packs (from $19) and AI call packs (from $18) are bought separately, only if you need them; beyond your allowance, AI calls are $0.20 a minute. Extra numbers are $10 a month each. It is on every plan.
