Pricing questions
Who counts as a therapist?
Anyone clients can book: therapists, estheticians and other providers. Owner, admin, front-desk and reporting logins are free and don't count.
What happens after the first month?
Your plan starts at the price you picked. Phone and text usage is billed as you go, from the first day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When you add more therapists than your plan covers, you move up to the next plan. The new price applies from then on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Paying yearly gets you two months free; it is a discount, not a lock-in.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Kuee charges no booking commission. Card payments run on standard Stripe processing, and we're integrating more payment providers. Our rates are competitive: tell us what you pay today and we'll match or beat it.
How is the AI receptionist billed?
$10 a month for each phone number, plus $0.20 a minute of calls. It is on every plan.
