Kuee writes a reply for each review. It is published to Google only after you approve it. Edit the wording or skip the reply. Turn on auto-reply to good reviews, and plain 4–5 star praise posts 30 minutes, 2 hours or 6 hours later, the delay you choose. Until then you can cancel or edit it. Good reviews that mention a problem are never auto-replied; you get a push instead.

Is Google Reviews part of every plan?

It is an add-on you can turn on for each store. Pricing is on the pricing page.

Does Kuee post replies for me?

Not by default. Kuee drafts the reply, and it is published to Google only after you approve it. You can edit or discard any draft. If you turn on auto-reply to good reviews, only plain 4–5 star praise posts on its own, after the delay you set, and you can cancel or edit it first. Kuee never auto-replies to bad reviews or to good reviews that mention a problem.

How does Kuee know which visit a review belongs to?

Kuee matches reviews using the client's name and visit time where it can. A review it can't match is left for you to confirm by hand.

Can I contact a client who left a low rating?

Yes. You can text them privately and attach a coupon if you choose.

Can Kuee remove or hide a review?

No. Reviews belong to Google. Kuee helps you answer them and follow up with the client.
