No. Kuee offers standard Stripe processing and is integrating more payment providers. Our rates are competitive: tell us what you pay today and we'll match or beat it. That includes your Square rate.
For a spa, yes: checkout covers services, add-ons, retail items, packages and gift cards. If you also run a retail shop or a restaurant, Square is stronger there.
Yes. Export your client list from Square as a CSV file and send it to us; we import it into Kuee for you. You then set up your services, packages and team in Kuee, and we help with that too. Payment history stays in your Square account.
A package is a set number of sessions of one service with an expiry date. Staff sell it at checkout, each visit uses one session, and the client can see how many are left.
