Card payments

Processed by Fiserv or Stripe

Cards are charged by your processor, Fiserv CardPointe or Stripe. Sales deposit straight into your own bank account, and Kuee never holds your money.

Card numbers stay with the processor

Cards are swiped, inserted or tapped on the reader. When a card is keyed in, on the iPad or online, the number goes into the processor's secure field, not into Kuee. Kuee stores a token, the last four digits and, for saved cards, the expiry date, never the full card number.

PCI, with help

Every merchant that takes cards completes a yearly PCI questionnaire with its processor. We help you through it.

Your store's data

Stored in the United States

Your data lives in a US data center and travels over encrypted connections. Our database provider encrypts it at rest.

Each store is separate

Clients, packages and records belong to one store. Staff only see the stores they belong to.

The right access for each role

A person's role sets what they can open and change. Owners, admins, front desk and other staff each get their own level. Front desk staff sign in on the iPad with their own PIN.

Intake forms are saved with the client

When a client completes an intake form, Kuee saves their answers and consent choices, plus a picture of any body diagram they marked.
