Is Kuee really cheaper than Mindbody?
Entry prices are now close: Mindbody Starter is $79 per location a month (US, July 16, 2026 announcement); Kuee Starter is $39 a month. The gap is what is included. Every Kuee plan has the AI receptionist, online booking, packages, intake forms and checkout. Mindbody's 24/7 AI front desk is not in Starter; it is an Accelerate add-on or included on Ultimate, and those tiers are quoted by sales.
Does Kuee have a consumer marketplace like Mindbody?
No. Mindbody runs a consumer app that helps studios reach new clients. Kuee gives each store its own booking page and website but does not bring you clients from a marketplace. If Mindbody app traffic is a large part of your bookings, that is a real reason to stay.
Can I move my clients from Mindbody?
Yes. Export your client list from Mindbody as a CSV file and send it to us; we import it into Kuee for you. You then set up your services, packages and team in Kuee, and we help with that too. Payment history stays with your current processor.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract with Kuee?
No. Kuee bills monthly and you can cancel any month. Paying yearly ($390 a year on Starter, $690 on Team) is a discount, not a lock-in.
Does Kuee run group classes?
No. Kuee is built for one-to-one services: appointments, rooms, packages of sessions and memberships with member prices. If your business runs on class schedules and class passes, Mindbody is the better fit.
