Word for word with the voiceover, so you can search, copy and read at your own pace.
1Open Settings
Store settings can be changed on the iPad too. Only owners and admins can open them: tap the gear at the top right, or tap "Settings" in the avatar menu. A settings list appears on the left with eight items. "Store Info" opens first. Front-desk accounts do not see the gear, and the avatar menu has no Settings for them. Whenever you save a change in Settings, the iPad first asks the owner to verify: pick the owner account and enter the PIN, or use email and password. Saves within a minute after that do not ask again.
▶ Play from this scene2Store info and business hours
Store Info has five sections: basic info, contact, address, timezone and business hours. Tap a timezone to pick it. Calendar times and customer reminders follow this timezone, so a wrong choice shifts every time. Tap "Edit hours" to see one row per day. The switch decides whether the store is open that day, and a day can have several periods. Business hours are saved in this window on their own. For the other fields, tap "Save Changes" when you are done. After the owner verifies with the PIN, a "Saved" message shows at the top.
▶ Play from this scene3Services
"Services" has two tabs: main services and add-ons. Each card shows the duration, price, VIP price and whether it is online. Tap "New Service" and enter the name, duration and price. If a service comes in several lengths, create one for each with the same name. The VIP price is optional. If you set one, keep it below the regular price, or the member price will not show on the online booking page. Below, pick the calendar color and mark whether it supports four-hand or is a couples service. Four-hand means two therapists work together. For a service you are pausing, open it and switch it to Offline. Customers can no longer book it, and existing bookings are not affected. "Reorder" next to a category title changes the order of its services; the online booking page uses the same order. Categories themselves are created on the web.
Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us
