1Your day at a glance

Appointments is the first page the front desk opens each day. It shows today by default, with every booking laid out by time. The date is at the top. Use the arrows to change days, and Today to jump back. The green line marks the current time. Above it, services have started; below it, guests are on their way. The narrow rail on the right keeps count: 3 in service, 1 arriving soon, 1 to-do.

2Reading a card

Each card is one booking: the service on top, the therapist below it, and the customer with the last four digits of their phone at the bottom. The card color follows the service. A blue dot after the service name means the booking is confirmed. A faded card is not confirmed yet. A purple corner and “In progress · 50m left” mean the service is under way; the countdown runs by itself. An amber dashed outline means the service is done but not paid. A green ✓ means it’s checked out. Can’t remember them all? Click Legend at the top right any time.

3New booking: find the customer

Olivia, a regular, calls to book a full body massage at 15:30 today. Click Book at the top right to start. Tip: clicking an empty time slot on the calendar opens the same window with the time filled in. Type Oli in First Name; matching customers appear right away. Pick Olivia Chen. Her details fill in automatically, marked Existing.

Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us

4Time, service and therapist

Next, pick the time, the service and the therapist, in that order. Each step checks who is free at the time you chose. Open the start time and pick 15:30. Times that already have bookings are marked. Under Popular, click Full Body Massage; the therapist list opens by itself. Pick Amy. Each therapist shows whether they’re free at 15:30. Choose Room 2 for the room. The summary on the right updates as you go: time, service, therapist, room and price.

5Review and create

Check it once more before creating it. Once created, Olivia and Amy are both notified. Click Review 1 appointment · $90. The review page lists the booking again. If something’s off, click Edit to go back. Click Confirm & create 1. Done. Olivia’s card appears at 15:30 with a blue dot: confirmed.

6Drag to reschedule

Jason calls to say he’ll be 30 minutes late. No forms needed: just drag his card to the new time. Hold Jason’s card and drag it down. The guide line snaps every 15 minutes and tells you if the therapist is free. A dashed outline stays at the original spot so you can compare. Let go and a confirmation pops up: the old time crossed out, the new time in green, the room unchanged. Click Confirm. Made a mistake? Click Undo in the message within 8 seconds to put it back.

7Check in

Sarah has arrived early. Click her card to open the appointment details. Customer and booking details are on the left; status and history are on the right. Click Check In & Start. The room and therapist are already set, so check-in takes one click. If a room or therapist is missing, a check-in window opens first so you can fill it in. Check-in time is now: Sarah’s booking moves to start at 13:40, and the card shows “Early · was 14:00”. It turns in progress, and the countdown starts at 60 minutes. To record an earlier start, use the full check-in window. That covers the four things the front desk does most: reading the day, booking, rescheduling by dragging, and checking in. Next up is Messages, where you reply to customers and let AI help book times.
