1Open Settings

Store settings can be changed on the iPad too. Only owners and admins can open them: tap the gear at the top right, or tap "Settings" in the avatar menu. A settings list appears on the left with eight items. "Store Info" opens first. Front-desk accounts do not see the gear, and the avatar menu has no Settings for them. Whenever you save a change in Settings, the iPad first asks the owner to verify: pick the owner account and enter the PIN, or use email and password. Saves within a minute after that do not ask again.

2Store info and business hours

Store Info has five sections: basic info, contact, address, timezone and business hours. Tap a timezone to pick it. Calendar times and customer reminders follow this timezone, so a wrong choice shifts every time. Tap "Edit hours" to see one row per day. The switch decides whether the store is open that day, and a day can have several periods. Business hours are saved in this window on their own. For the other fields, tap "Save Changes" when you are done. After the owner verifies with the PIN, a "Saved" message shows at the top.

3Services

"Services" has two tabs: main services and add-ons. Each card shows the duration, price, VIP price and whether it is online. Tap "New Service" and enter the name, duration and price. If a service comes in several lengths, create one for each with the same name. The VIP price is optional. If you set one, keep it below the regular price, or the member price will not show on the online booking page. Below, pick the calendar color and mark whether it supports four-hand or is a couples service. Four-hand means two therapists work together. For a service you are pausing, open it and switch it to Offline. Customers can no longer book it, and existing bookings are not affected. "Reorder" next to a category title changes the order of its services; the online booking page uses the same order. Categories themselves are created on the web.

Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us

4Rooms and membership plans

"Rooms" lists every room in the store. Tap "Add room" and enter a name to add one. If a room is under repair, set its status to "Maintenance". It cannot be picked for new bookings, and existing ones are not affected. "Membership Plans" are the billing plans for VIP auto-renew: a name, how often to charge in months or years, and the amount each time. If no plan is enabled, the auto-renew switch does not appear on customer details, and the front desk can only enroll by hand. Plans can be disabled but not deleted. A price change applies only to new enrollments; existing customers keep the original price.

5Staff and PINs

"Staff" can be filtered by role. Each card shows the role, and therapists get an extra tag. Tap "Invite Staff", enter a phone number or email and choose a role. They open the link in the text or email, set a password and join the store automatically. The link works for 24 hours. To make someone bookable, open their details, turn on "Therapist Profile", then tick the services they can do under "Services". "Commission" has one default rule, and individual services can have their own. Owners, admins and front-desk staff sign in to the iPad with a PIN. If someone forgets it, open their details and tap "Reset PIN" to set a new one. The web dashboard cannot do this.

6Payment settings

"Payments" has five tabs: Account, POS Terminals, Transactions, Advanced and Reconciliation. For a Fiserv store, the Account tab shows that the merchant is active and its MID. Rates and settlement are on the web. "POS Terminals" lists the store's Clover Compact readers and whether they are online. Pairing, renaming and removing are done on the web. Stripe stores can add a reader right here. Under "Advanced" you can change the three preset tip percentages, and choose whether the Card button uses the Kuee reader or the store's own terminal. Further down is "Auto checkout": a few minutes after a service ends, the system checks out any forgotten ticket at list price, so the therapist and room are freed.

7Notifications and public page

"Notifications" is the same setting as on the web. Booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations for customers, and notices for therapists, can each be turned on or off. The other two tabs show the AI phone and the message logs. "Public Page" controls the store page customers see when booking online: change the hero image, add a gallery, and set a page banner or an entry dialog. If Kuee built a custom site for your store, "Public page version" switches between the custom site and the default page; the custom site stays saved when you switch back.

8About Store

Tap the store name at the top left to open About Store. Any staff member can see this page. The top shows store details and business hours; below are the "Customer Tools". For the intake form, copy the link or generate a QR code for guests to scan and fill in. Open the self check-in link on another iPad so guests check themselves in. The claim board is where therapists start and end jobs. Whether self check-in is on is set in System Config on the web.
