1Today at a glance
This part covers appointments on the front-desk iPad: reading today, booking, rescheduling, confirming, callbacks and cancelling. The app opens on today's timeline. Time runs top to bottom, each card is one guest, and the card shows the service and therapist. Colors and corner marks show where each booking is at. A faded card with a clock corner is not confirmed yet. If you forget, tap "Legend". On the right is Today Overview: how many bookings, how many checked in, how many still to arrive, grouped into arriving, in store and completed. Whatever you are doing, tap "Appointments" in the sidebar to come back to this default view.
▶ Play from this scene2By staff: drag to reassign
To see what each therapist has today, tap "By staff" at the top right. One row per person, with time running left to right. The first row holds bookings with no therapist yet; one guest is waiting here. Long-press the card, drag it to Ben Wu's row, and let go. A dialog shows the new time and therapist; confirm to save. A notice appears at the bottom, and if it was a mistake, tap "Undo" right away. If you drop it on someone who does not do that service, or who is off shift, Kuee blocks it or warns you.
▶ Play from this scene3Book a new appointment
When a guest calls to book, tap "New Appt" in the sidebar. You can also tap an empty slot on the timeline, and the time is filled in for you. Type the phone number first. Returning guests show up right away; tap to pick them, no need to type the name. If the guest will not give details, turn on "Quick Booking" to hold the slot, and fill in the rest later from the details. Next, add the service and therapist; you can add several. Then pick the date and time. The time list marks who is off shift and how many bookings each slot already has. Tap "Create", check the summary once more, and tap "Confirm and create". If the time clashes, you are warned at this step.
Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us
