1See who is working today
"Staff Schedule" puts each therapist on a row, with time running across. The front desk can see at a glance who is working and who is free. At the top are the date and today's headcount: three on shift, one off. The arrows change the day, and tapping the date opens a calendar. Each row starts with that person's hours. Gray means off shift: Ben starts at noon, and Lily is off today. Mia has two hours of leave this afternoon. That block is marked, and customers cannot book it. The top row is "Unassigned": bookings with no therapist chosen wait here until the front desk assigns them. At the bottom you can show three hours, six hours or the whole day, step earlier or later, and tap "Now" to jump back to the current time.
▶ Play from this scene2One person's day
To see one person's day, tap their avatar. Their agenda opens on the right. The header shows how many bookings they have and their hours. Below, each booking is listed in time order with its status. Ben has two bookings that overlap, so his agenda marks them red with "Time conflict". Tap any booking to open its details.
▶ Play from this scene3Book straight into an open spot
To add a booking for someone, tap an open spot in their row. A dashed box shows who and what time. If it's right, tap again to open "New Appointment" with the therapist and time filled in. The "iPad appointments" lesson covers the form. If you tap someone who is off, or a time outside their shift, the iPad first asks: "This staff member is off duty at this time". To book anyway, tap "Book anyway".
