Word for word with the voiceover, so you can search, copy and read at your own pace.

1Find your booking link

Customers can book themselves on your public store page. Its link lives in About This Store: the first row, Public Store Page. Click Visit Store to open the page your customers see. Click Generate QR Code for a small pop-up with a QR code you can print for the front desk. Next to it, Copy Link copies the address so you can send it to customers. In Messages, clicking Booking link drops the link straight into a text.

2Customer picks service, date, therapist, time

This is the page on a customer’s phone. The customer side is in English only. They tap Book Now to start. Step one is the service. Tapping a service moves straight on. Next, the date. Coming with others? Add guests under Who’s coming? on this page, up to four. Seven days from today sit in one row, and the customer can page up to eight weeks ahead. Days the store is closed are grayed out. Then the therapist. The first card is No preference, let the store assign. Or pick someone by name. Only therapists who work that day and offer this service are listed. Last, the time. Openings come in fifteen-minute steps, and booked times don’t appear. After picking one, tap Continue.

3Details and submit

On the confirm page, the customer enters phone, first and last name, and gender; notes are optional. No account and no verification code are needed. If your store’s compliance details are complete, two text-message consent boxes appear below. Both are optional and start unchecked. If your store charges a no-show fee, the customer also saves a card here, but nothing is charged at booking. This demo store has it off. Tap Confirm booking and it’s sent. The success page says the customer will get a text once the store confirms it.

Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us

4Confirm in the back office

Back in the back office. Online bookings start as Pending, so the card looks faded on the calendar. The front desk and owner get an in-app and push alert. Open the card. The header says Booked via: Online, so you know the customer booked it on the web. Click Confirm and it becomes Confirmed. Only now does the customer get one confirmation text. The assigned therapist also gets a confirm link. If they confirm from it, the result is the same, and the customer still gets just one text.

5Auto-confirm and pausing

To skip confirming each one, turn on Auto-Confirm Online Bookings under System Configuration in System Settings. Online and AI phone bookings are then confirmed right away. To stop taking online bookings for good, turn off Allow online booking. Customers who open the booking page are told this store does not offer online booking and to contact the store, with a button to call you. Self check-in still works. To pause just for a while, use Pause web self-service booking now in the Online Booking Gate below; turn it off again to resume. Booking at your front desk is not affected. While it’s paused, every back-office page shows an amber strip at the top. Customers who open the booking page see that online booking is paused right now, and are asked to call or come back later.

6Wrap-up

That covers online booking: finding the link, how customers book, confirming in the back office, and auto-confirm and pausing. Next up: gift cards — templates, selling and managing them.
