Word for word with the voiceover, so you can search, copy and read at your own pace.
1The customer list
Customer Management is your store’s customer roster: every customer’s phone, birthday, address and membership status in one table. Search by name or phone at the top, or filter by gender and birthday. A gold badge next to a name means VIP; a grey crown means not a member yet. The Duplicate numbers tab lists phone numbers shared by more than one customer. Families often share a number, so merge only when it is the same person; if not, click “Not the same person”.
▶ Play from this scene2Add a customer
A new customer walks in. Click Add Customer at the top right and enter a name and phone number. As soon as the number is typed, the system checks it. This one already belongs to Sarah Kim, so a yellow warning appears. It’s only a reminder and won’t stop you from saving. Fix the number, then click Save.

Click a row to open the customer’s details. The left side has their profile, upcoming appointments and preferences. The right side shows points, total spending, package sessions left and gift cards, with billing and visit records below.
▶ Play from this scene4Preferences & notes
Click Edit Notes to record preferences: pressure, room temperature, music, and areas that need extra care. Once saved, this shows in the appointment details and in the therapist app, so whoever serves her knows.
Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us
