1Open Business Data

When owners and admins open the store, they land on Business Data, under Management in the menu. Front desk and therapists don’t see this page. By default it shows the last 7 days, including today. The four cards at the top are Appointments, New Customers, Total Revenue and Avg Order Value. The tag under each number compares with the period of the same length just before. The small bars show the day-by-day trend; the solid bar is the most recent day. Appointments counts services, so one visit with two services counts as two. Avg Order Value is revenue divided by the number of payments.

2Change the date range

To see this month, click This month; the four cards switch to this month’s numbers. Or click the dates and pick a start and an end day in the calendar. A custom range can be up to 30 days; anything longer is cut to 30. Click Last 7 days to go back to the default 7 days.

3Revenue details

Click Total Revenue and Revenue Details slides in. Each card is one transaction group: service fees, discounts, and the total. Total Revenue counts everything collected in the period: services, retail and packages, dated by the day of payment. Refunds come off on the day they are made. The details use the same data as the card, so all the groups add up to the card total. A refund of an earlier payment shows as its own group, marked Refund, with a negative total. The tabs let you see only Package Transactions. Money from selling gift cards is prepaid, not revenue, so it gets its own line under the cards. The first three cards open details; Avg Order Value doesn’t.

Stores, clients and amounts in the tutorials are demo data. Some features need a particular plan or must be turned on for your store; the tutorial says so when it comes up. Didn’t find an answer? See the FAQ · contact us

4Business health

Next is Business Health. Returning Customers is the share of customers in this period who had visited before it. No-show Rate counts only no-shows, not cancellations, and cancelled appointments are left out of the total too. Unredeemed Packages is the unused value of all active packages right now. It doesn’t change with the dates.

5When you’re busy

Further down is Revenue Trend. The big number is total revenue for the period, next to services served, average time and total hours. The line shows what was collected each day, counted the same way as Total Revenue, so the days add up to the big number above. On the right is Appointment Time Distribution: rows are weekdays, columns are hours, and darker means more bookings, in the store’s time zone. The columns follow your business hours. This store opens at 10 AM and closes at 9 PM, so they run from 10 AM to 8 PM. A booking outside those hours adds a column for that hour.

6Channels, services and reviews

At the bottom are three ring charts. Acquisition Channels splits appointments by where they came from: front desk, online, AI phone and walk-in. Service Sales Distribution counts how many times, not dollars. Only the top three services are named; the rest are grouped as Other Services. Quality Dimension covers reviews: positive rate and satisfaction. Customer Retention Rate is the share of customers who came twice or more in this period, which is different from Returning Customers above. Click Details to see the rating breakdown and every review. For each therapist’s numbers, open Staff Performance under Management, covered in the Staff & scheduling lesson. That covers Business Data: the KPI cards, date ranges, revenue details, business health, busy hours and the three ring charts.
