1Marketing Assistant at a glance
Marketing Assistant brings packages, points, gift cards and coupons together to keep customers coming back. It's part of the Team plan. It opens on the package list: sessions, price per session, validity and how many have sold. Sales trends and the service mix are below.
▶ Play from this scene2Create a package
Click Create Package Card to create a 10-session full body massage package. Enter a name, pick the service and set sessions to 10. The regular price fills in automatically. Set the per-session price to $80; the total updates to $800 and shows 11% off the regular price. Leave it listed and click Create. The new package appears in the list right away, ready to sell at checkout.
▶ Play from this scene3Coupon campaigns
Switch to Coupons. Campaign stats are on top, with an AI marketing tip on the right. Click New campaign: name it Welcome back, $15 off, with a $60 minimum spend. The right side previews the coupon your customers will get. Check it, then click Create.
▶ Play from this scene4Let AI send the coupons
There's no separate bulk-SMS page; AI handles it. Click Let AI send it on the AI card. AI finds customers who haven't visited in 90 days, drafts the text and shows you the list and a preview. It always stops for your OK first: “Awaiting your confirmation — not done yet”. It only sends after you confirm. Once confirmed, the texts and coupons go out together, and the batch shows up in Communication Logs.
