All store settings live under System Settings in the sidebar. On a computer it opens straight to the first page, Store Settings. The left rail is grouped into Store & Operations, Services & Resources, Staff, and Communications. This lesson covers the store, services and rooms; tips are covered in the Payment Settings lesson.
▶ Play from this sceneThe Hours and time zone card starts with a weekly overview: Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 21:00, closed on Sunday. Now the store will open on Sundays too. Expand the editor and switch Sunday on. A newly opened day starts as 09:00 to 18:00. Change the start to 10:00, then click Save at the top right. Saved. Sunday now shows 10:00 to 18:00 in the overview. You can add several periods a day; the gaps between them can’t be booked, so they work as a lunch break.
▶ Play from this sceneThe time zone should match your store’s state, and Kuee checks it for you. Choose a 12- or 24-hour clock for time display, with a preview below. There’s no date-based holiday closure. To close temporarily, set Store Status to Closed, or pause new web and AI phone bookings under Online Booking Gate in System Configuration.

Open Service Items and click New Service. Enter a name and category, and pick a color. The color is used on the calendar cards. Each row is one bookable duration: 30 minutes for $45, plus a row for 60 minutes at $80. The VIP price is optional. After saving, the new service appears in the list. Therapists aren’t chosen here: in Staff Management, tick the services each therapist can do.
Open Room Settings and click Add Room. A couples room serves two guests at once, so set capacity to 2. Pick the service categories it suits; leave it empty to allow all services. With Check room capacity when booking on, AI phone and online booking only offer times when a suitable room is free.

Click Visit Store to open the public page, or Generate QR Code to make a QR code customers can scan at the front desk. That covers hours, services, rooms and your public page.
